Lead Teacher

| Job Description: |
Lead teachers are responsible for the overall supervision and organization of the classroom. They work with and mentor the assistant teachers, as well as oversee all of the curriculum implementation in the classroom. This person is the main communicator with parents, as well as the one responsible for assesments and portfolios of the children on an ongoing basis.

| Requirements: |
High school diploma is mandatory, but furthering of education is preferred. Previous experience in a licensed childcare center is a plus, as well as being able to relate positively with young children.

Assistant Teacher

| Job Description: |
Assistant Teachers are responsible for helping and assiting with the Lead Teacher in the classroom. They are also responsible for leading the classroom in the Lead Teachers absence. Assistant Teachers help with the overall supervision and operation of the classroom as needed by the Lead Teacher.

Must be atleast 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma. Further education is a plus. Previous experience in a licensed child care facility is recommended. Must be able to relate positively with young children.
